Payment methods: cash, check

The total fee is paid in cash or check in favour of the C&F agent or agency. The frequency of payment is decided based on mutual agreement between the exporter and the agent.

Customs Agents Licensing Rules, 2016

Additional information

Exporter can communicate with any C&F agent authorized by Cutoms, Bangladesh and the member of Dhaka Customs Agents Association (DCAA). The exporter may collect the list of authorized members from the DCAA office and communicate directly through phone call, SMS, email or physically. Exporter can send all of the required documents to C&F agents both physically or electronically through email. Exporter can also collect the business agreement either physically from the office of respective C&F agents or C&F agents could send the agreement to the exporters through email.
